Job Description
This role is responsible for **leading OSAT** strategic engagement and commercial management, driving cost optimization, ensuring supply continuity, and owning end-to-end supplier strategy. The role requires strong leadership, program management, and cross-functional influence to align business, engineering, and supply chain objectives while driving long-term value creation.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Lead** commercial negotiations including pricing, LTAs, capacity agreements, price adjustments, and payment terms.
+ **Own** OSAT supplier strategy and act as a key decision driver in supplier selection.
