Sr. Staff Accountant

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations for a growing organization. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can manage day-to-day financial activities while contributing to accurate reporting and budget oversight. The role offers the opportunity to work across several accounting functions, including transactional processing, reconciliations, and month-end reporting, while helping maintain the integrity of the general ledger.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting activities across payables, receivables, payroll support, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
