Your Contribution;


  • Develop, deliver, manage and promote Global & Regional Development Programs

  • Plan, prepare and support deployment of Regional Development Programs, including the Facilitation of Key Leadership Development Programs.

  • Ensure strategic alignment with regional stakeholders on Leadership development related topics.

  • Consult and coach key Talents and Leaders regarding their individual development activities and career development.

  • Consult and coach business stakeholders regarding team or leadership development needs and activities

  • Review and continuously improve existing Regional Development Programs and their content in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and in alignment with the Global Development Standards.

  • Monitor and analyze Regional Development KPI and derive corrective measures in close cooperation with the Talent Management teams.
