<p>POSITION OVERVIEW: <br>Provide instructional design and content development support for employee centered learning based on the company’s business principles, goals, and strategic initiatives. Managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Provides resolutions to assortment of problems typically difficult and sometimes complex. Uses knowledge, judgement and experience to interpret policies. Present up to director level with support of manager.
