Lead Culinary Operations at One of Vancouver’s Highest-Volume Sports Bars

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sous Chef to join our Culinary Leadership Team.

This role is ideal for a proven kitchen leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is passionate about developing teams, driving operational excellence, and leading by example on the line.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor future culinary leaders, and uphold the high standards that define the Shark Club experience.
