A Service and Experience Cloud Architect is a senior-level technical leader responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end customer service and digital experience solutions, primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem. They bridge the gap between complex business requirements for customer support and the technical architecture of public-facing portals and internal service consoles.

Core Responsibilities

Solution Design : Lead the end-to-end architecture for Salesforce

Service Cloud

(Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge) and

Experience Cloud

(Portals, Communities, and Sites).

Strategic Planning : Define technical direction and roadmaps for digital transformation, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.

Documentation : Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs), including detailed data models, sharing rule...
