Sr. Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Senior SQA Engineer to lead and improve our software testing practices. You will design, implement, and maintain test plans for both manual and automated testing. You'll also play a key role in performance and load testing to ensure our applications meet high standards of quality, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute test planning, test case design, and defect tracking.
• Develop, run, and maintain automated test scripts (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Design and perform load and performance testing using tools like JMeter, Locust, or similar.
• Identify, record, and track bugs to closure; collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely fixes.
• Participate in code reviews from a QA perspective; contribute to best practices.
