Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Manager, validate reference architectures, provide technical product SME leadership
  • Communicate with customers, technical questions/concerns
  • Work with sales and Solution Architects to visit with customers and understand technical requirements
  • Collaborate with development team to drive end-user stories
  • This position will require travel; periodically visit with customers and attend trade shows
  • Coordinate SCC development recourse, Prioritize tasks, Gitlab/Project board issue and task management, Product release management, Software features specification writing(Form 299), Customer issues management.
