About the Role As a senior member of the product team, you are expected to tackle complex technical challenges, deliver stories independently, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities Develop detailed system requirement specifications and technical design documents for complex features.
Write unit tests to ensure quality, performance, and functionality.
Conduct and participate in code reviews to oversee team delivery.
Support junior team members by reinforcing best practices for writing clean, maintainable code.
Participate in sprint planning and other agile ceremonies.
Work independently while providing regular status updates.
Escalate roadblocks and challenges to leadership when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT or relevant fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
Solid understanding of existing processes and ability to analyze legacy code.
