Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for below:

  • Administration and maintenance of Citrix infrastructure (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Netscaler)
  • Planning, implementation, and optimization of Citrix solutions
  • Administration and operation of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
  • Monitoring and maintaining server, network, and system performance
  • Ensuring system availability, stability, and performance
  • Performing error analysis and troubleshooting in Citrix and related environments
  • Supporting the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies and measures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to ensure smooth application integration and support
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and manuals using tools like Jira and Confluence
