Job Description

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and hands-on Sr. MERN Developer who will play a key role in building, scaling, and supporting MERN-based applications. The role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to understand business requirements and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (Node.js, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB).
  • Work on both backend and frontend with strong attention to performance, scalability, and clean architecture.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with Project Managers and Solution teams.
  • Participate in customer discussions to provide technical clarity, solution recommendations, and feasibility checks.
