Overview

The Sr. Services Solutions Architect is a customer-facing technology leader who drives technical strategy and managed services engagements for enterprise clients. As part of Oracle’s Customer Success Services (CSS) Field CTO team, the Sr. Services Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic advisory and technology architecture design. Partnering with both customers and internal teams, this role ensures that clients are able to leverage CSS’ technical expertise and managed services offerings to solve complex business challenges and accelerate digital transformation.

This role blends deep technical knowledge with consulting excellence, influencing and shaping the technical vision of enterprise clients while ensuring alignment with the company’s capabilities.
