+ Collaborate with suppliers to ensure electronic materials meet company quality standards and specifications.
+ Develop and implement supplier quality management systems, including supplier audits, evaluations, and certification processes.
+ Monitor and track supplier quality performance, and conduct regular data analysis and reporting.
+ Address supplier quality issues, work with suppliers on problem analysis and root cause analysis, and develop corrective and preventive actions.
+ Participate in the development and evaluation of new suppliers to ensure their quality systems and production capabilities meet requirements.
