Sr. Scrum Master

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Scrum Master works with the Product Owner to understand the business need, and owns the effort of a new Scrum team and/or multiple Scrum team(s) to iteratively develop new features and/or enhancements and fix defects. This role acts as the servant leader for the Scrum team - guiding them throughout the Agile Scrum processes and removing any impediments for increased productivity. This role leads a new/highly complex product team or acts as an agile coach for multiple scrum teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
5 years of work experience in Scrum/Agile or working in related information technology, business analysis or project management roles
Experience standing up a new scrum team and working with implementation vendor
