Job Description
Perform laboratory experiments to support troubleshooting efforts, develop innovative processes, and prototype new products in glass finishing, with a particular focus on glass etching, ion-exchange, cleaning, and mechanical finishing.Serve as the primary link between the research team and production units, offering on-site support as needed to enable smooth integration and adoption of lab-developed technologies. Work collaboratively with teams to guarantee the successful implementation of new processes.Oversee and manage test requests from various business units, ensuring timely execution of high-priority tasks while contributing to the development of new testing methodologies.Experiences/Education - Required
