Job Description
Role Purpose
Primary function is to support portfolio projects by developing and executing material characterization, process optimization, or/and new product application. The individual must have a solid technical background in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or Ceramics. Additionally, the individual is expected to have hands-on experiences in lab. In this role, the person will develop techniques and conduct experiments to address process issues if needed.The individual will have the opportunity to be a member of cross-functional project sub-teams, on both early and late innovation stage projects, through concept generation / certification, technology development, detail design / build, and the installation into manufacturing.
