Key Responsibilities
Lead the research and development of ceramic materials, covering synthesis, processing, and performance improvement.Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary internal teams, as well as with global research groups, new business development team, academic partners, and industry experts in ceramics.Propose, design, and execute laboratory and pilot-scale experiments to validate hypotheses and drive innovative ceramic solutions.Analyze experimental data using advanced statistical and materials characterization techniques to understand structure-property relationships in ceramics.Develop a fundamental and applied understanding of ceramic material formulation, microstructure control, and processing parameters to enhance key mechanical, physical and optical properties.Troubleshoot technical issues by integrating knowledge from ceramic chemistry, physics, and engineering, drivi...
