Sr. Scheduler

Job Description

The Senior Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules to ensure the successful planning and execution of design-build infrastructure projects. This role plays a key part in coordinating with project teams, analyzing schedule impacts, and providing accurate forecasting to support decision-making and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules from design through construction and closeout.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, estimators, and field staff to gather input and ensure schedule accuracy.
• Analyze project schedules to identify risks, delays, and opportunities for acceleration.
• Prepare and issue schedule reports, dashboards, and “look-ahead” forecasts for project teams and leadership.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
