Job Description
We are seeking a highly confident, executive-level Senior Sales Executive Recruiter to lead the identification, engagement, and hiring of senior commercial leadership talent within the U.S. Senior Living industry.
This role is not focused on high-volume recruiting. Instead, this position is responsible for identifying and securing a small number of highly strategic, revenue-driving leadership hires (such as Sales Directors and senior commercial leaders) who directly impact community performance and occupancy.
The ideal candidate is a true headhunter with strong executive presence, exceptional English communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage senior sales leaders, understand sales performance metrics, and assess commercial leadership capabilities.
This individual must be comfortable representing the organization in high-visibility environments, including U.S. conferences and industry networking events.
