Key Responsibilities: 


Identify and generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs with prospective clients
Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
Follow up with clients and maintain a strong pipeline for closures
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking formalities
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure referral and repeat business
Stay updated on project details, pricing, and availability
Meet individual sales targets set by the Sales Manager
Provide daily activity updates and sales reports 


Key Requirements: 


Minimum 1–4 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Good understanding of the local real estate market
