Role
The Senior Resource Geologist will be responsible for the evaluation, estimation, and ongoing maintenance of mineral resources, with a strong focus on porphyry and epithermal style. The role requires a mature, hands-on geologist with practical experience working in active mining operations, capable of bridging geological interpretation with operational realities.

Key Functions
Resource Modeling & Estimation

Develop, update, and maintain geological and resource models in accordance with JORC / NI / CIM/ PMRC or other relevant reporting codes.

Interpret complex geological datasets for porphyry and epithermal mineral systems, including lithology, alteration, structure, and mineralization controls.

Perform grade estimation using appropriate geostatistical methods and ensure defensible assumptions.
