As a Sr. Renewal Sales Specialist, you will manage high-value and complex customer accounts, ensuring strong retention and long-term contract renewals. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and strategic customer engagement while working closely with internal teams to improve forecasting, processes, and customer experience.
