Job Description
We’re hiring a Sr. Recruite r to own workforce planning, recruiting operations, and talent deployment for a fast-scaling consulting organization. This is a foundational role with real ownership — you’ll build the resourcing engine, set the standards, and eventually scale a team around it. This is not a traditional HR role. It’s an operations-heavy, systems-driven position for someone who understands how talent supply directly impacts delivery, revenue, and growth. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Key Responsibilities- Own and operate the firm’s resourcing model across practices, projects, and industries.
- Partner daily with delivery leaders to match the right people to the right work.
- Anticipate resource gaps before they become problems and propose solutions (bench activation, cross-practice staffing, upskilling, contractor usage).
