We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a healthcare organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a Contract position focused on managing end-to-end recruitment efforts across corporate and engineering-related roles while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, works effectively within applicant tracking systems, and partners closely with hiring leaders to move searches forward efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake meetings through offer coordination for a range of detail-focused and specialized openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on search strategies, and maintain momentum throughout the selection process.
• Build and execute targeted sourcing approaches to identify talent with relevant experience across corporate and engineering functions.
