As the Senior Supervisor of Quality at Danfoss Reynosa, you will lead and supervise the quality operations team to ensure that inspection, verification, and documentation activities align with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer requirements. Your role is pivotal in overseeing non-conformities, internal audits, Core Tools deployment, containment, and corrective action effectiveness. You will support production, engineering, and customer-facing quality processes, driving defect prevention, risk reduction, and continuous improvement across all assigned areas.
