Overview

The Sr. Quality Engineer will be responsible to provide quality support and the development of manufacturing processes for molding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support and the development of manufacturing processes for molding areas.
• Use statistical techniques such as Control Plans, PFMEA’s, first article analysis, capability studies, design of experiments, correlation studies, and hypothesis testing to define optimum process and inspection requirements.
• Support troubleshooting defect conditions, identification and elimination of sources of variation within plant processes to support DPPM and SCRAP reduction metrics, internally and with customers, including measurement and inspection plan improvements and failure analysis.
• Provide training to plant personnel and other peers as inspectors in quality disciplines.
