Sr. Quality Engineer - Queretaro Site

This role works closely with Manufacturing and Engineering on sustaining activities to ensure compliance with the quality system requirements and achievement of Key Performance Indicators such as NCMRs, MAs, Yield, and Cost Reduction projects. It also collaborates with Research and Development and Regulatory Affairs to support sustaining activities and new product introductions, ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position owns major quality system investigations (CAPAs, HHEs, StopShip, audit findings) and audits (external/internal), developing and maintaining quality engineering methodologies, and providing leadership and support for commercialized products, manufacturing, and system support.
