BE in Mechanical, Production or Electronics or Business Proven technical skills on product and process

Experience 3 to 6 years experience from Automobile industry.

Keyskills:

Quality, NPD, New product development, GDT, PPAP, CFT, PFMEA, DFMEA, CAPA, 'customer complaint', 'supplier Quality', PDIR

Job profile:

  • Preparation of Quality documents ie. PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA
  • Quality inspection New product development of Parts, Assembly and final products
  • CFT Partification during development phase, Knowledge of GDT/AutoCAD
  • Preparation of Assembly tools, Gauges, Testers etc for new products as per timelines
  • handling client complaints, CAPA / Corrective Preventive actions
  • Supplier quality, resolution of problems
  • Dica resolutions 8D format etc
  • Electronic parts inspection PDIR
