To implement the quality policy of the company and of the production site. To ensure that this policy is understood and respected at any level of the plant organization.
Quality representative within production, who represents the customer voice, ensures product / process conformity in accordance with the control plan, and confirms conformity to the customer specific requirements and MMS standards in operations.
Represents the customer voice and ensures the respect of the customer specific requirements within the plant and is the interface between customers and internal other functions on quality matters.
