Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Perform manual testing of new and existing features across web and mobile platforms; run regression, smoke, and exploratory tests before releases.
• Investigate and document bugs — and work with engineers to help reproduce and fix them.
• Verify product behavior against designs, specs, and user stories.
• Help manage and maintain test environments.
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize and track quality issues.
• Participate in group testing activities and help ensure everything is ready for launch; investigate and triage customer issues surfaced by our support team.
