Sr Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

• Manage all material quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier and customer)
• Work with internal manufacturing staff and material suppliers to resolve quality issues fast to prevent interruption to production.
• Carry out New Supplier qualifications and yearly suppliers audit to ensure sustainable excellent product quality and compliance to IATF 16949/ISO9001 standard.
• Drive supplier corrective action (8D / SCAR) closure and verify effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in new material approval and cost down projects.
• Manage suppliers' performance to ensure keeping to internal KPIs.
• Participate as Internal auditor.
• Drive supplier Quality Development and Improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science or its equivalent field from recognized Higher Institution.
• Prefer a minimum 3 years' working exper...
