We're looking for a senior-level QA professional to enhance our manual testing processes while helping us explore and implement AI-assisted QA automation. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in manual QA within e-commerce environments and a genuine interest in shaping practical, AI-driven QA strategies in a collaborative team setting.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on manual testing alongside the QA team
- Recommend improvements to the consistency and quality of manual testing
- Partner with the QA Manager on the AI QA strategy
- Evaluate and help select an AI QA vendor/tool
- Identify scenarios suitable for automation vs manual
- Support initial AI QA tool setup and pilot
- Create documentation and best practices
- Train team members on AI QA tools
- Ensure full knowledge transfer before contract end
