Responsibilities
- Develop and implement site-level quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive a culture of quality ownership across all departments.
- Provide leadership and direction to QA Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors.
- Establish annual quality goals and KPIs.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.
- Lead Management Review meetings.
- Ensure effective implementation and sustainability of quality systems.
- Act as the main quality escalation point for key customers.
- Review and approve 8D reports and corrective action plans.
- Monitor customer PPM (Parts Per Million) performance and drive structured improvement programs.
- Lead customer audits and technical discussions.
- Oversee in-process quality controls and outgoing quality assurance.
