Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement site-level quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive a culture of quality ownership across all departments.
  • Provide leadership and direction to QA Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors.
  • Establish annual quality goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Lead Management Review meetings.
  • Ensure effective implementation and sustainability of quality systems.
  • Act as the main quality escalation point for key customers.
  • Review and approve 8D reports and corrective action plans.
  • Monitor customer PPM (Parts Per Million) performance and drive structured improvement programs.
  • Lead customer audits and technical discussions.
  • Oversee in-process quality controls and outgoing quality assurance.
