**Your role at Dynatrace**

As a Program Manager in the Self-Service Knowledge team, you’ll ensure that Dynatrace users find the right information at the right time in the right way. We understand that the key to communicating new product features, feature updates, added value, and potentially breaking changes is through comprehensive and engaging content. Your focus will be in service of the Dynatrace Documentation, but you’ll draw on your experience in enterprise-grade software development to think beyond silos and channels, impacting product development and elevating our outbound product announcements.
