Sr Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and delivery discipline to a complex and fast-moving engineering environment.

This role requires a strong leader who can stabilize workflows, enforce SDLC best practices, fix Jira process gaps, and align cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Leadership.

Your mission is to reduce rework, protect the team from chaos, improve visibility across the organization, and ensure predictable, controlled delivery of software release

1. Project Planning & Release Roadmapping

• Build and manage the release roadmap (MVP + subsequent phases).
• Clarify scope, objectives, and dependencies for each release.
• Establish quarterly goals, milestone planning, and delivery checkpoints.
