Sr Project Manager (Industrial Capital Projects)

Job Description

• Project Execution : Manage the full lifecycle of key capital projects ranging from $50k to $5++M, including preparation of scope of work documents, design basis, major equipment specifications, and control requirements. Coordinate with outside consultants as needed.
• Ensure supervision, commissioning, and start‑up of capital projects.
• Monitor financial performance throughout execution to maintain budgetary performance and manage scope changes.
• Project Reporting : Provide recurring status reports to key stakeholders and the Executive Team. Document outcomes, lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations for future projects.
• Project Planning : Identify improvement opportunities and participate in developing and implementing best practices. Support short‑term (1 year) and long‑term (3–5 year) capital plan development.
