Job Description
Lead facilities and infrastructure projects typically exceeding $100K, including upgrades, installations, and lifecycle improvements to central utilities, building systems, and site infrastructure.Develop project scopes, specifications, and Statements of Work (SOW) in alignment with facilities engineering standards, operational requirements, and project charters.Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and contractor services in partnership with Purchasing and approved vendors.Manage the planning, execution, installation, and commissioning of facilities systems, including central utilities, building infrastructure, and supporting site services.Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders, contractors, and service providers regarding project schedules, milestones, risks, and operational impacts.Identify and mitigate project risks, including schedule delays, operational conflicts, and resource constraints, implementing correc...
