Job Description

Our client is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator to support and track projects in an agile environment.

In this role, you will support multiple teams, applying Project Management skills to operational activities.

2 year term contract (T4), with possibility of longer-term employment

Hybrid (Ottawa) or remote (Eastern Time Zone)

Must have:

  • Eligible for Reliability Level security clearance
  • Experience with WBS (Work Breakdown Structures)
  • Extensive Project Management and Project Coordination experience, across multiple teams/activities simultaneously

    • Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in an Agile/Scrum environment

    • Responsibilities:

  • Support operational activities from a Project Management perspective
  • Produce Work Breakdown Structures to support PM methodology across operational activities
  • Add capacity to multiple teams, applying PM approach
