Job Description
**Role Purpose**
Lead and oversee technical development projects for our Email Marketing Development team, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Manage a team member in support of program requirements.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Project Leadership:
+ Manage end-to-end lifecycle of technical development projects within the email marketing domain.
+ Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
+ Technical Coordination:
+ Partner with developers, architects, and marketing teams to implement solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
+ Ensure integration with CRM systems, data platforms, and other marketing technologies.
+ Hybrid Agile Delivery:
+ Drive projects using a hybrid Agile approach, blending iterative development with traditional project management practices.
