Description
The Sr. Program Manager, Eligibility is a cross-functionally strategic, analytical, and influential role responsible for leading the end-to-end eligibility and screenings program globally—including background checks, drug testing, as well as alternative screening methodologies. The PM owns the creation and implementation of policy, programmatic and tech changes to Delivery Associate (DA) screenings and eligibility. The PM must influence Senior leaders through written communication of policy and program changes which explain the greater impact to the business. In addition, the PM will deliver multiple projects at once.
This position requires a leader with tenacity and exceptional business judgment who serves as both the tactical and strategic partner to cross-functional teams supporting Delivery Service Partner (DSP) and DA onboarding and eligibility.
