Responsibilities

:

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for:
  • Initiate activity within client to satisfy customer contract scope/statement of work
  • Proactively drive achievement of major milestones and high customer satisfaction
  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Create and release of project Work Breakdown Structure with approved budgets
  • Create and maintenance of project Integrated Master Schedule
  • Facilitate internal and customer weekly team meetings/telecons with documentation of minutes and maintenance of Action Item Lists
  • Create Monthly Program Review materials for assigned projects and presenting to Executive Leadership
  • Provide Program Management support of new business proposals; create PM deliverables to the management volume
