Sr. Production Assembler and Trainer in San Antonio, TX 78218

Pay:

$18/hr

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitate new hire training for new and current Production Assemblers through all phases of the manufacturing process using Training Within Industry (TWI); conduct refresher training as needed.
  • Coordinate on-the-job training (OJT) with supervisors and HR; facilitate training schedules based on production needs.
  • Work with HR and Manufacturing leadership to keep detailed records of training performed and maintain training matrix to identify performance gaps and cross-training needs.
