Sr Product & Test Engineer (PE/TE)
Job Description
+ Support manufacturing including low yield analysis and improvement, failure analysis, test time optimization and other related activities
+ Support NPI projects.
+ Support product and process related qualification projects
+ Support customer return evaluation (RMA). Performing FA by doing ATE, bench analysis for fault isolation and 8D CAR documentation.
+ Performing Cost optimization projects.
+ Test hardware and Test Program development and troubleshooting
Qualifications
+ E&E graduate
+ At least 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor environment. Holding a position of Product or Test Engineer (Or similar)
+ Able to work independently, demonstrates a willingness to take on challenges, and possesses strong self-initiative and multitasking abilities
+ Familiarity with Advantest V93K, Teradyne ATE platform, or proficiency in any relevant programming language would be h...
