The Strategic Product Engagement Team is a Splunk force multiplier to drive durable Splunk and Cisco cross-portfolio growth over time. We are building an enterprise product-led growth and retention capability that converts product usage telemetry, lifecycle data, and customer insight into coordinated, proactive action in Product & Technology and partnering with Customer Experience and Sales.
Our mandate is to identify product-rooted challenges and gaps early and activating the right mitigations. Over time, we will extend the same operating model to accelerate adoption, expansion, and Splunk and Cisco cross-portfolio value.
