Role Purpose

Under guidance maintains more complex reference files needed by IQVIA production.

Principal Accountabilities

• Support the current Outlet Reference team lead in all Outlet activities.
• Perform maintenance of reference data (Pharmacy, Hospital, Outlet, NDF, TAPS and OneKey) as required for AU/NZ Production and take on additional geocoding tasks within MapInfo application.
• Edit Health Care Professional practice addresses to ensure correct brick is assigned.
• Answer queries through Chemup Outlook mailbox from external clients.
• Perform phone verification of details to validate accuracy of reference data maintained and captured client-required details such as pharmacy and hospital.
• Take initiative to ensure that TAPS and OneKey are aligned as possible.
