Job Description:
•Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for a defined category scope including, but not limited to raw materials, 3rd Party manufacturing, indirect goods and services. •Provide end-to-end sourcing support to local country NPIs.Drive cost competitive solution to support business growth. Establish successful sourcing story for cost/growth in country, for potential replication opportunities to Global 3M•Ability to navigate and interpret complex technical content to effectively translate technical requirements to vendors and develop robust should-cost models. •Work closely with BSC, MFG, Lab and Quality team for BCC country NPI projects.
