Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities:


  • Leads selected projects to identify quality improvement opportunities, reduce costs, improve cycle time, and drive competitive advantages.




  • Leads process capability studies and statistical analyses to improve production performance.




  • Identifies, leads, and executes concurrent cross-functional process improvement projects.




  • Analyzes process needs, documents requirements, develops metrics, and improves and/or designs new processes.




  • Coordinates machine modifications, process validations, and engineering trials.




  • Acts as a change agent to systematically drive and implement organizational change in order to increase customer satisfaction and productivity.

  • Industrial Engineering degree or related field.
