Sr process engineer (aerospace polymerics application)

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus .

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer position involves being in charge for process engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements to sustain a manufacturing organization for polymers in the Aerospace area.

What a typical day looks like: Lead and optimize critical polymer application processes. Ensure stability, quality, and compliance with key parameters of dispensing equipment (staking, underfill, conformal coating) applied to aerospace-grade PCBAs. Identify and eliminate process variations. Collaborate closely with quality, production, and engineering teams. Interface with international clients.
