  • Develop and manage end to end roadmap across multiple workstreams
  • Manage changes to scope, budget and timelines within delegated authority and escalate issues and impediments to stakeholders as necessary
  • Actively manage the plan, scope, risk, dependencies and resources, resolve conflicting priorities with stakeholders and manage risks/assumptions
  • Define and operationalize governances and ways of working
  • Facilitate optimal realization of benefits, identifying potential gaps in delivery of anticipated program benefits and working with Executive Governance group to explore options. Assess program success and benefits realization.
  • Lead the team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the deliverables under the Program ensuring projects are aligned to established corporate methodologies and best practices.
