The initial focus will be leading the implementation as a project, with responsibility for establishing governance, managing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing budget performance. As the initiative matures, the Project Manager will help transition the solution into an ongoing product operating model and support the handoff to long-term product ownership teams.
